We use Canadian English throughout our policies. References to "organisation" and "centre" reflect our Calgary-based operations serving Canadian professionals nationwide through earn lab cohorts and income workshop sessions.

How we obtain consent

When you first visit earnaiblueprint.one, a banner offers three choices: Accept all, Reject all, or Customise. Your selection is stored in browser local storage under the key eab_cookie_consent for six months (15,552,000 seconds), after which we will ask again. Essential cookies and storage operate regardless of choice because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and marketing preferences are applied only if you accept all or enable them in the customise panel.

Contact form consent under PIPEDA (the consent_pipeda checkbox) is separate from cookie consent and is never pre-checked. You must actively consent before we process enquiry data through contact.php.

Cookie categories

Essential cookies and storage (always active)

Required for basic operation, security, and remembering your cookie preference. They cannot be disabled through our banner without breaking site functionality.

• eab_cookie_consent (local storage) — Stores your cookie preference object including essential, analytics, and marketing flags plus a timestamp. Duration: 6 months. First-party.
• Session identifiers — May be set by our hosting provider for load balancing and form submission security. Duration: session. First-party.

Analytics cookies (optional)

Help us understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, referral sources, device types — so we can improve our vocational training site for Canadian professionals exploring hands-on earn training and billable output courses. They do not identify you by name unless combined with form submissions you voluntarily provide separately.

• _ga / _gid — Google Analytics identifiers, if analytics is enabled. Duration: _ga up to 2 years, _gid up to 24 hours. Third-party (Google).
• _gat — Google Analytics throttle cookie. Duration: 1 minute. Third-party (Google).

We configure analytics to anonymize IP addresses where supported and avoid cross-site tracking beyond measurement of earnaiblueprint.one.

Marketing cookies (optional)

If enabled through the customise panel, marketing cookies may support measurement of campaign effectiveness for our earn course promotions. We do not use aggressive retargeting or sell browsing data to data brokers. Marketing cookies remain off unless you explicitly opt in.

Third-party vendors

Third parties that may set cookies when enabled:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage statistics. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Hosting provider — essential infrastructure cookies for delivery and security.

We do not use social media tracking pixels on this site. Third-party assistant tools referenced in our curriculum (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) are governed by their respective providers when you visit those services directly.

How to opt out or change preferences

You may update choices at any time:

• Clear site data in your browser settings and revisit — the banner will reappear.
• Use browser controls to block third-party cookies globally.
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on if analytics is enabled.
• Email [email protected] for assistance.

Blocking essential storage may prevent the consent banner from remembering your choice and could affect form security features on our contact page.

Do Not Track

Our site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals with a separate mechanism. Optional analytics honour the reject-all and customise settings in our banner.

Relationship to PIPEDA

Cookie data that can be linked to an identifiable individual is treated as personal information under PIPEDA. Our Privacy Officer oversees cookie practices and can answer questions about cross-border data flows when analytics vendors process information in the United States.

Updates

We may revise this Cookie Policy when we add or remove technologies. Changes appear on this page with an updated date. Material changes will not reduce your choices retroactively without renewed consent where required by Canadian privacy law.
