One-to-one coaching
Coaching packages pair you with a facilitator for three or six sessions reviewing your actual workflow samples — anonymised or synthetic only, never live confidential client files through our systems. Sessions cover prompt refinement, scope language, disclosure drafts, and milestone planning within your earn blueprint. Coaching complements module enrolment; it does not replace hands-on earn training exercises inside cohort labs.
Pricing starts around C$195 per hour for individuals, with modest discounts on six-session blocks. Corporate coaching for managers overseeing assistant adoption is quoted separately. All coaching is educational — we do not provide legal, tax, or regulated professional advice.
Round-table workshops
Organisations book private income workshop sessions at our 5th Avenue SW studio or via secure video. Typical agendas include policy alignment discussion, live demonstration of billable output training scenarios, and team breakout exercises building shared workflow templates. We adapt examples to your sector — energy services, creative agencies, professional firms, or internal operations teams.
Half-day earn workshops suit leadership alignment; full-day module grids include paired practice and a facilitated action plan. Blueprint sheets remain with your organisation under licence terms described in our Terms. Attendance at Calgary earn workshops does not assure productivity metrics or revenue outcomes.
Corporate earn packages
Multi-cohort corporate earn training bundles combine module seats, executive briefings, and optional on-site Calgary workshop days. HR and L&D teams receive attendance reporting, milestone completion summaries, and template libraries for internal policy communication. Eligible Canadian organisations may use purchase orders or net-thirty billing.
Custom earn blueprint design takes two to three weeks: we interview stakeholders, review existing tool policies, and map deliverable types to module-grid emphasis.
